1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and pet health records including vaccination histories, medication logs, vet appointments, weight entries, symptom logs, and uploaded documents.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to provide the PawKeeper service: storing and displaying your pet health records, sending optional reminder emails, and generating shareable emergency cards and health summaries.

3. Data Privacy & Ownership

All pet records are private to your account. Other users cannot see your data. Share links you generate are revocable at any time and expose only the information you choose (emergency info or full records).

4. Who Else Handles Your Data

We do not sell your data and we never share it for advertising. A small number of service providers process it so the app can run: Base44 hosts the app and stores your records, Stripe processes payments (we never see or store your card number), and Resend delivers our email. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.

5. Data Deletion

You may delete individual pets and their records at any time. You may also delete your entire account and all associated data from the Settings page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
